Membership:
Q: Are there any requirements for being a member?
CNC Associates Inc. is open to the trade only. You must have an up
and running Kitchen store or Wholesale Operation.

Q: Once I have registered as a member, how do I enter the website?
Click on Dealer Login on the Home page. You will need to have
your Username ID and Password to gain access to the website.

Q:Can I change my password?
Yes. You can change your password by E-mailing us

Orders:

Q: is their a minimum for orders?
We don't have any minimum orders

Q: What is the turn-around time from the placement of an order to the shipment of that order?
In general, orders are shipped within two business days.
However, during the busy holiday season, it may take longer.
Please submit your order early so that we can process your order in a timely manner.

Q: How can i check on my orders?:
once you login, go to this option "To view your saved order's please click here"

Q: Can i cancel an order after it has been submitted?:
You will have to call Customer Service, so we can manualy cancel the order.

Q: How do i return a defective product?:
You will have to call Customer Service, so we can schedule a pick up.

Shipping:
We always ship via our trucks to the store only.
for a minimal charge we will deliver to the consumer (call for price)
